Table Top – Sticky Buns Review

Table Top Sticky Buns 2 1 Scaled Table Top 8211 Sticky Buns Review

Table Top is a brand that I’ve tried before, and while it wasn’t an outwardly terrible experience it really wasn’t something that made me want to try again, so to speak. That experience was with their Purple Punch however, after seeing more reviews and impressions pop up, as well as just seeing how they conduct themselves on socials I decided to give them another chance with a different outing and see what had changed since that time.

The brand has a place in the market, it’s not fancy, it’s mid at best and that’s perfectly fine and is exactly how the product and brand are marketed. Do you want reasonable weed cheap? they aim to fill that market. So how does it stack up? Let’s jump right into the Budstuff!

These buds are not the greatest buds in the world, they are just a tribute…
The eighth was a mixed bag of bud sizes from popcorn to smalls, they weren’t crushed or smooshed in the bag in transit so they did keep their shape which is rare for this kind of packaging. There were some bits of leaf left on the trim but again, for a budget brand that is self-aware and not pulling any tricks in marketing, I think this is perfectly acceptable.

The buds were dense and actually came in just above the 3.5g weight, which again I really appreciate given that when these sit on shelves for a while and dry out they tend to come in under the eighth which I’ve seen with a few brands. Always a plus to see that scale hit anywhere above the package weight listed.

The Nose & Grind

While there were no specific terpenes listed, the nose was a very sweet smell that really gave a sense of joy, the typical reaction to some sticky buns I would think. The nose survived the grind and didn’t throw any surprises at us, with no seeds blowing up in our face which is always a great thing.

It Burns…

The Sticky Buns were rolled, bonged, and vaped – each experience was on point with expectations and no issues with black ash, or uneven burns in the joint. Very smooth going down the throat.

Final Thoughts

Table Top is aware of the product they have, and their current abilities in growing and producing Cannabis, my 2nd experience was night and day from the first which tells me at the very least they are learning more, and dialing in the product with each grow.

In an industry full of hype marketing, and flat-out lies it’s refreshing to see a company that’s just fine with being the un-even surface you prop up with your “Nelly” Country Grammar cd when you just want something simple and cheap. If budget is a concern, or you just don’t feel like buying hype then Table Top Sticky Buns may be something worth considering.
